Download the It's Tachs Season rebate form from AutoMeter.com. Include your original receipt and UPC labels from each product box. Copies are not accepted.
Mail by May 31
Send your completed form, original receipt, and original UPC labels to AutoMeter Products, Inc. Rebate is paid by check in USD. Allow up to 12 weeks for processing. Customers are responsible for submitting their own rebate paperwork.

Claims received without all required materials — including original UPC labels — will be rejected. Allow up to 12 weeks for processing.
