International Shipping

Classic Dash ships internationally to select destinations. International orders are subject to additional considerations outlined below. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping charges unless explicitly stated at checkout and are assessed by customs authorities independently of Classic Dash.

Customs Clearance & Delivery

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control.

Classic Dash is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, government agencies, or carrier handling during international transit.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders will not be refunded if delivery is refused or if required customs duties, taxes, or import fees are unpaid.

If an international shipment is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, or unpaid import charges, the customer may be responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Original outbound shipping charges
Applicable restocking fees

Shipping Damage or Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is delivered to the carrier.

Any damage, loss, or delay occurring during international transit must be reported directly to the carrier in accordance with their claim procedures.

Returns for International Orders

International orders are subject to the same Return Policy as domestic orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or brokerage fees associated with returned items.
