Terms and Conditions


All orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.



These prices are subject to change without notice.  Possession of a Classic Automotive Specialties price sheet or advertisement does not guarantee purchaser the price listed therein.  The purchase price is exclusive of any shipping charges, sales, use, or other taxes, all of which are payable by the customer.



Should you have an order that is a rush or requires special handling be sure to note this information when you place your order.  All rush orders must be placed by noon prior to expected ship date.  Excluding weekends and holidays.



The customer must notify Classic Automotive Specialties Sales Department in writing within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment.  In addition, claims should be made with the freight carrier to cover any lost shipments


Back Orders

Classic Automotive Specialties makes every attempt to ship an order complete.  However, should an item not be available for shipment, the item will be placed on backorder and the order shipped partial unless otherwise specified at the time of the order.  Backorders may take up to 3-4 weeks to fill. All back orders are the sole responsibility of the customer to cancel.


Freight Policy

Claims for damaged shipments must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods.  It is the customer’s sole responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the claim.


Product Warranty

Classic Automotive Specialties is a Nevada Corporation and warrants, that at the time of delivery of the Product, and for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, all products are guaranteed to be free from defects on workmanship.  These warranties do not include labor, scratches, dents and/or damage to other parts.  Product failures caused by misuse or abuse voids all warranties. Classic Automotive Specialties reserves the rights to repair, replace, or refuse credit on any part submitted for warranty.

Examine the package carefully to check for damages incurred during shipping.  In the event your product has been damaged, please contact your carrier.  Classic Automotive Specialties is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.  Shipping charges to be determined based on shipping method.
