These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, use, and access to products and services provided by Classic Automotive Specialties, Inc. d/b/a Classic Dash (“Classic Dash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not place an order or use our products.
All Orders are subject to acceptance by Classic Dash. An Order is not binding until Classic Dash confirms acceptance by shipment of the Products or issuance of an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit Orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Requests for rush processing or special handling must be submitted at the time an Order is placed and are not guaranteed. Cutoff times and eligibility may vary by Product, fulfillment method, weekends, and holidays.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. You authorize Classic Dash to charge the payment method provided for the full Order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, customs, and duties.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or other errors at any time, including after an Order is submitted. If an Order is affected, we may cancel the Order and issue a refund or contact you for instructions.
Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, customs fees, import duties, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges.
For international Orders:
Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the Buyer upon delivery of Products to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point), regardless of shipping method.
Classic Dash is not responsible for:
Any shipping damage or loss claims must be filed directly with the carrier within 10 days of delivery.
We may ship Orders in multiple shipments. If a Product is not available at the time of Order, it may be placed on backorder and shipped when available unless otherwise stated. Estimated availability dates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for contacting Classic Dash if they wish to cancel a backordered item prior to shipment.

By placing an Order, you acknowledge and agree to all return conditions, timelines, exclusions, and restocking fees outlined in that policy.
Custom or modified Products are non-returnable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Classic Dash offers a one (1) year limited warranty on Classic Dash–manufactured dash panels from the date of shipment. Classic Dash warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of shipment.
This warranty:

CLASSIC DASH DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLASSIC DASH’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Classic Dash, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
All content, designs, product names, logos, images, and documentation are the exclusive property of Classic Dash and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Classic Dash shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Nevada.
Classic Dash reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting and apply prospectively to future Orders only.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding Orders. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
