RETURN POLICY
All returns for new or used merchandise must be pre-approved by Classic Dash and issued an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
This number must be written on the return package to ensure it is returned to the correct department.
Without the RGA number clearly marked, your return could be delayed.
Call our customer service team toll-free (866) 882-3525 to obtain an RGA for your return.
Gauges that have been removed from the original factory packaging are non-returnable.
Accessories (senders, adapters, etc.) removed from their original packaging are non-returnable.
If any parts or individual components are missing from the return, those parts are deemed non-returnable and no credit will be issued.
All freight on returns must be prepaid by customer.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
Products must be in their original packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for credit card processing, shipping and labor costs on all returned orders.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.

All claims for damage in transit must be made by the customer directly with the carrier.
The carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of the shipment.
Items ship by Classic Dash are meticulously packaged or pre-packaged in compliance with carrier requirements.
Classic Dash is not responsible for damage incurred in transit.
Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, shortage or missing item claims must be reported directly to Classic Dash.
